It was like one bad relationship after another, one career I didn't like after another. I couldn't figure out why. I thought I was doing all the right things; affirmations in the mirror, meditations every night, visualizing my dream life, clearing my chakras, yet my life wasn't changing until I learned about the Law of Reflections.

 

 

What Is the Law of Reflections?

Think of it as the gravity of the spiritual world. You don’t get to opt out of it, whether you believe in it or not, it’s shaping your life every single day.

This law ensures your soul stays in alignment with what it came here to do in this lifetime. When you understand it and use reflections to your advantage, you step into the happiest, most empowered version of yourself.

 

How the Law of Reflections Works

This is an inside-out world—always.

Whatever you hold internally, your self-talk, the beliefs you’ve carried since childhood, or the way you treat yourself, will show up in your external reality. People, places, circumstances, and even your body reflect it all back to you.

When your soul is balanced, these “undesirable” reflections fade, and your outside world becomes more peaceful. When your soul is out of balance, life will mirror that imbalance back through situations, relationships, or struggles. That’s why it’s called the Law of Reflections.

 

The Science Behind It

Science has proven we all have an electromagnetic (EMF) field around us. I like to call this the creator field because it does exactly that. It creates all the situation and circumstances around you.

This field records the energy of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. And because like matter attracts like matter, your outer world simply mirrors what’s held in your creator field (your inner world)

For example:

  • You make a mistake at work and tell yourself, “I should have known better, I screwed up.”
  • That self-criticism and beating yourself up imprints into your creator field.
  • Soon, life mirrors it back. Maybe through an unkind stranger in a coffee shop, a difficult interaction, or even tension in your body.

When you see reflections for what they really are, which is what your subconscious programming is, you stop resisting them and start using them to your advantage

Reflections in the Body

Reflections can appear anywhere—people, places, circumstances, or your physical body.

You may have heard of The Body Keeps the Score, which explains how the body stores emotions. Beyond that, specific body parts often mirror specific subconscious beliefs or stories. For example:

  • Lower back pain → financial worries
  • Sore throat → unexpressed anger
  • Stubborn extra weight → harsh self-criticism (your body is literally protecting your organs from your words, how amazing are our bodies!?)

Without these reflections, we’d have no idea what’s running in the background of our subconscious mind.

The key thing to remember: reflections don’t always show up where you expect. Lower back pain isn’t about your back; it’s about finances. Someone being rude to you isn’t about them; it’s often a mirror of how you’re treating yourself in another area of life, like career. You have to be an energetic match to bring in specific circumstances and situations, which is all held in your creator field.

This is where your intuition comes in. It's the key to it decoding where the reflection is truly coming from so you can shift it.

 

A Simple Practice to Apply This Law

Try this evening reflection ritual:

  1. Recall your day. Write down one moment that triggered you, big or small. Every emotional trigger is a reflection.
  2. Ask yourself: “What does this reflect about how I’ve been treating myself?”
  3. Notice the pattern. Is it connected to career, finances, relationships, or self-worth?
  4. Shift it. Choose one new thought or belief to replace the old pattern tomorrow

Small, consistent shifts reprogram your creator field faster than waiting for a “big breakthrough.”

 

Integration: The Inner Turtle Wins the Race

You can’t rush this work. Integration happens slowly, through everyday practice. Choose the area of life that feels most blocked and start there.

When it feels hard, remind yourself: this is the only work that can truly unlock that area. Let your desire be the carrot that keeps you moving forward.
