Energy Recovery is the practice of locating and calling back the energy or soul pieces that may have fragmented off during trauma, loss, or moments when your body had to protect itself. Through this practice, we call those pieces back and disconnect negative cords that may have made it difficult to begin the healing process.
Chakra Repair & Boost works
alongside the recovery to restore and rebalance all seven of your energy centers. Your chakras regulate everything from your sense of safety to your ability to receive, speak your truth, and trust your intuition. I clear and boost all seven so you can feel recharged, physically and mentally.

After you book your session, you'll have a chance to share any context or areas/experiences/people you'd like me to know before I begin. You don't need to have all the answers, just an openness to what comes through.

I locate and call back the soul pieces that are ready to return (usually 1-2 at a time), then move through all seven chakras.
